English teachers in Korea make some Big Bucks.
If you are looking to teach English in a challenging environment, Korea can be the right place for you. Teachers with no experience or entry level teachers can earn somewhere between 1.8 million to 2.0 million Won per month (around £1,000/$1,900). However this varies from one school to another to a little extent. It also depends on the location of the school. The other factor that affects this is your nationality. Citizens of America and Canada can expect 1.9 million to 2.1 million Won whereas other nationals are likely to earn 1.8 million to 1.9 million Won per month, a little lower than the English speaking country nationals. Remember you still need a college degree from an accredited university to get a job. A fake one will not do with all of the crackdown on fake diplomas.
