In a traditional classroom, the instructor is an all-rounder and is always right there is nothing against the teacher’s word. The Instructor provides instructions as well as directions on how to work on tasks and the students follow them exactly with out even analyzing whether they are right or wrong.
Students are a totally dedicated group listening to all that is instructed. In traditional classrooms the students use the study material and teachers words as the primary source of information. Respect comes either from fear or from the virtues and values they see in their instructor. However the sole aim is to teach them values and this can be easily adapted from observing the instructor. Students are quite content here and never question their grades. Even when thing aren’t fair they daren’t say a word. All the more group work isn’t considered fair either.
Contemporary Work Environment

Reasonable solutions are found to problems where Co-workers and managers are the primary resources. Timelines are negotiated and set up by both the employees and managers. There is never a one man show. Personal interest, participation, experimentation, and active questioning are major job components that make a contemporary working atmosphere.
