Is there anyone who has been paid on time?
September 7, 2007
When it comes to this topic- everyday there is a different excuse. How many of you have been paid on time? Sometimes it might even take a week or so.
It’s better to find out why you are been paid less and then think of the next move. If you think moving to another school feels like a good option then you must start looking around. To get your letter of release, you must plan properly. Good advice would be to stand your ground each and every time your pay is late. Find out why it happens and demand for the answers. If that doesn’t work then find a new school. The teachers who argued and stopped teaching where paid as soon as possible, while the other Korean teachers were paid a week or two every month. Some of the employers don’t show up until they get paid, and they do get paid within two days.
That gives the reason as to why some bosses ask for loan from teacher and don’t tell them the reasons.
