A comparison of the cities in Korea:

A comparison of the cities in Korea:Discussing about good, bad and the ugly is indeed necessary for us to arrive at conclusions. Opinions vary but the truth can never be hidden.Good or bad, every thing depends upon ones attitude and how one look upon things. It is a person, who can make a good out of a bad.

With regard to Changwon, it is a wonderful place to enjoy a quite lifestyle but, people having an interest in enjoying site seeing and other stuffs they will have to travel a lot to see interesting parts of Korea as there isn’t a lot to do or see in Changwon. Despite being in a small town, it is not much clean, but cleaner than Seoul. Changwon is a suitable place for retired people who wish to lead a quite and peaceful life. Living in Changwon, I traveled around to see lots of interesting parts of Korea (many more times than I have been to since moving to Seoul), as there were so many interesting places to go which were nearby. Being a small town, it’s a hell of a lot cleaner than Seoul, and the people (both foreigners and Korean) are a heck of a lot friendlier, and the foreigner community is much more tight-knit.

Busan the fun city is famous for beaches it is neither too big nor too small. People in Busan are more rough and have varied accents and but the weather is very good. Seoul is a convenient and exciting city, but many would not enjoy it as it is a very crowded and highly polluted. The air is much better than Seoul but the shopping is not very good out there. There is only one good bar for foreigners out here. Plenty of diversions for English Teachers and a decent amount of places fit for site seeing. But it is often good to stay at a place close to Seoul to know all what is happening and enjoy a bit of posh life.

Seoul is a huge city with a million things to do. The youth of today who are boiling with energy might like Seoul since it has all the stuffs that can please form a youth’s point of view. They find the place interesting and fresh. Great shopping, great history, touristy stuff, a zillion people to meet, but dirty, loud and huge, and a million people getting in your way whenever you want to go somewhere like shopping in the markets or malls, riding the subways, horrible weekend traffic, going to the big temples, palaces and museum. Seoul may be more interesting and fresh for people who like living in an overcrowded megalopolis, but many would not like it.

Incheon is a wonderful place. While it’s the third biggest city in Korea, it has a very quiet and easy feel to it. There are airport’s too here. It’s very near Seoul (takes me 40 minutes from the heart of Incheon to the heart of Seoul on the express train) so you can get there whenever you want.
